Booking Appointments

New patients require referrals from a licensed medical doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner. Once your referral is received, we will contact you directly by telephone to schedule your first consultation.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to fill in a new set of intake questionnaires.

For existing patients, there are 2 ways of booking appointments:
